 1.  proper noun  always starts with capital letters

 2.   proper noun does not take 90% articles 

         3. proper noun takes 10% articles in some cases 

           like - A Mr.Rohit gives me this mobile for you 
 

in the above sentence you will see - a proper noun A MR MOHIT starting with an articles 
because a person does not know about any thing except his /her name 
in this situation we can use an articles before the proper noun.

In this sentence you will see that you are not a Salman khan but your personality look like as a Salman khan so in this case we can use articles
